Hozz?val?k: 1 kg dar?lt vegyes(sert?s ?s marha) h?s, 1 hagyma, 2-3 cikk fokhagyma, 1 dl er?s csont- vagy h?sleves, 2 toj?s, 5 dkg zsemlemorzsa, 10-12 szelet bac?n, s?, bors, kev?s olaj, 2 ev?kan?l Worcestershire sz?sz, 1 ev?kan?l apr?ra v?gott petrezselyemz?ld, 1 ev?kan?l s?r?tett paradicsom, 1 te?skan?l m?z, kev?s v?z.

Chiftea ?n mantie de bacon

Ingrediente:  1 kg carne tocat?(amestec porc ?i vit?), 1 ceap?, 2-3 c??ei de usturoi, 100 ml sup? concentrat? de oase, 2 ou?, 50 g pesmet, 10-12 felii bacon, sare, piper, ulei, 2 linguri sos Worcestershire, 1 lingur? frunze de p?trunjel m?run?ite, 1 lingur? sos de tomate, 1 linguri?? miere, pu?in? ap?.

Prepararea: Ceapa m?run?it? se c?le?te ?n ulei, se adaug? usturoiul pisat ?i frunze de p?trunjel, se amestec?, se ia deoparte ?i se las? la r?cit. Carnea tocat? se amestec? cu sosul Worcestershire, ou?le, pesmetul, amestecul de ceap? ?i supa de oase, se asezoneaz? cu sare ?i piper. Se amestec? sosul de tomate cu mierea ?i pu?in? ap?. Compozi?ia se pune pe o tav? tapetat? cu h?rtie de copt, se d? form? oval?, se unge cu sosul amestecat, se acoper? cu feliile de bacon(capetele se ?ndeas? sub compozi?ia de carne), dup? care se unge ?i deasupra cu sos. Se coace 1 or? la 170 grade, dup? care se scoate ?i se unge cu sosul r?mas.
