Végigfõzni a ?Meatless?-t

Az idei másik nagy ötletem tervem idénre a ?365 nap vackok nélkül?-ön kívül, hogy végigfõzöm a karácsonyra kapott ?Meatless? (azaz ?Hús nélkül?) szakácskönyvet. Közel 200 recept (a variációkkal és a végén található alapreceptekkel elvileg megvan a 200 is), amibõl néhány ki fog maradni, van pár (de tényleg csak pár) zöldség, amit mindketten utálunk. Például a zöldbab, úgyhogy az a néhány, amiben szerepel (és ahogy elnéztem, fõszerepet játszik, tehát nem hagyható ki egyszerûen) nem fog elkészülni, mert annyira utáljuk még a szagát is, hogy egy ilyen hobby-project miatt nem nyomom le a torkunkon. És az eddigi csípõs-mentes életmód is marad, úgyhogy a töltött chilipaprika is kimarad. Azért így is van pár felfedeznivaló és elkészítenivaló még a könyvben.
